Why a second thread on the same Forum about the same topic?

I thought there was no fish and most Irish trawlers were going to be scrapped so as to allow the huge Spanish fishing fleets more access to Irish waters and keep Spanish fishermen employed for a few more years before they completly wipe out all stocks with the fleets of factory vacuum cleaner strip mining trawlers they possess
Probably best to learn Spanish and go hang out in Bilbo if thats what you dead set keen to do

But twenty years ago Spanish trawlers had to employ one Irish crew to fish in Irish waters and the Irish guy who I met who worked for them said the money was more like wages and pretty crap but then the Irish dole office didn't give him much choice on the issue it was go to work with spanish trawler or lose your dole sorta option

but the food on board :pac: if your into fish is good fried boiled poached fish every day for free:pac: yum yum

BIM will soon show history pictures of the Irish trawlers and fishermen that used to work in that quaint activity fishing and later pictures of fish that once were in Irish waters

But the real saving for the inept government lining pockets with brown envelopes will come once there is no fish left we irish tax payers wont have to waste so much money on the Irish Navy doing fishing patrols as if there is no fish then there is no fishing boats and no need to waste fuel patrolling wastelands

That should reduce our Irish carbon footprint and maybe save a few polar bears from drowning on melting ice and if thier staving we can throw them a few Irish frozen fish caught with spanish trawlers to chew on

So for the country of Ireland the quant fishing activity with all its expenses is likely to die out but film crews making movies for fish burger adds might want some dressed up fishermen looking guys

Or you think lateral and start save the fishermen from extinction campaign instead but I don't think half the dim wit save the polar bear lot will know the brown envelopes have wiped out the fish stocks that fishermen species needed to survive on
