Just wondering is anyone else experiencing a severe lack of coverage since Friday Afternoon? I wonder if it is weather related? I have gone from 5 bars to zero to 1 bar.

How good are they at fixing faults?

I'm in a similar location to you, and have no problems.

I wonder if the problem is localised to one particular mast?

You'd be best trying to give them a call, and they can usually find if there is a known fault with a cell.
