If every organiser posted like this, this subforum would be a better place.

    Good luck with this event.

Thank you all for the kind reply's. The name started out as an insider joke since at the start the standard of play in the tournaments was very very poor, all in's UTG with 22 in the first level of a freezeout etc, Since then the standard of play has improved considerably, you still have some donkeys (always nice to "pad" the prizepool) but now players at least realise that 33 is probably not ahead on an AhKhQh flop.

Again thanks for the kind reply's
    Regards
    Ian

    Ian,

looks good, plenty of chips to gamble with and dealers on all tables,
    also early start time. :)
Looks a lot better than the Delgany crapshoot!
Do you have cash games going for the early casualties?

Nice touch naming yourself after the infamous player we all know and love:rolleyes:

Good luck with it, hope to make a trip down for one of the games.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 876 ✭✭✭DonkeyPokerTour

Cash games are really dependent on players, usully we get at least 1 €0.50 - €1 cash game going. If players want it I will also run €1 - €2, and €2 - €5

I suggest anyone who's interested in playing, come to my next tournament in the golf club on the 27th. Not as good a structure but we are hoping to have 100players!

    Regards
    Ian

It's obviously a genius move. Pocket 2s, never lose. Say it with me; pocket 2s, never lose!
