distorted satellite picture

Hi Does anybody know who can fix my:) sky satellite dish. Firstly, we cant sleep at night because of the creaking noise it makes on the roof when it is even slightly windy. Secondly, the picture becomes distorted when it is only moderately windy. I have the dish about 6yrs so it may be loose. Peter
