    Hey guys,

I have no previous experience with Vostro's so I was wondering if the 1400 with 2048 MB Ram and 160 GB hard drive space would be any good for music and downloading stuff/watching movies?

There are some differences between vista business and home premium. The only thing you may miss is that business is missing the media centre stuff, this doesn't mean you can't play dvds or music though.

Not a lot. I have windows xp media centre edition and I've never used the media centre stuff. I use vlc player for all my media needs.
