New HIV cases

    I read today that cases of HIV have gone up by 300%. 40% of these cases involve people from sub-saharan Africa. Just wondered what people thought of this. I think it's really worrying.

    the 40% is only of those where nationality is known... or something daft like that, i don't think it's 40% of total cases...
