    hi lads
wonder if you could help. my wife tried to book flights last night. every thing went fine until the last bit where you wait for confirmation. the site told us to wait and then nothing. just a blank screen. no confirmation. internet connection was working ok.

so now we do not know if flights were booked or not. we have no reservation number to check if booking was made or not. we have recieved no confirmation e-mail up to this morning. we waited overnight to see if any would happen but nothing.

have tried to ring ryanair but no joy so far.

so in a nutshell are the flights booked or not?

any number for ryanair that i might get through to check

    thanks in advance

Same thing happened to me a few months ago - your flights are not booked. you may be charged but they're not booked... You should book your flights again asap. When you have re booked check your credit card statement and see if you got charged twice... now if you did ring ryanair on there sales line and tell them, the reference number will be on the credit card statment beside the ryaniar.com...it will be like wk7skw or something.. they will refund you good and proper...

The ryanair girl said it happens in like 1 in 100000 bookings or something

Same happened recently to me. Card wasnt charged when the application timed out though.

Id say more like 1 in 1000. Still rare though...

Shovel, Make sure you look at statement and if charged twice, sort out asap. I used Ryanair before and I found them to be money swindlers! Watch them..

I have the num below in my phone that I had to use once when I was stuck in France and was going to miss a connecting flight in London. I called it to make a booking over the phone, can't remember what dept. it will get you through to.
