    Hi,

Can anyone give to some details as to whereabouts i can get possible fake
gillette fusion power blades tested (bought on ebay).
The seller had 99.8% feedback which obviously means nothing.
Is there a serial number on each fusion blade as there isnt one on these?
I have used fusion once before and they felt much sharper and smoother than
these but other than that they look like the real deal.
I don't want to have to pay 16.99 in dunnes just to see if there's a serial
    number on them.
I went onto the gillette website but i couldnt find anywhere there and i emailed them two weeks back but still no response.

Where can i send these fakes to get them tested?

    Thanks in advance

    Hey,

I bought (almost certainly) fake Fusion blades from electronic-import-store on eBay. I contacted Gillette through the Customer service (or something like that) section of the Procter and Gamble UK website. Had to wait a few days but they got back to me and sent a package with courier prepaid envelope to send the blades to them (and a voucher for €5). Haven't actually sent them back yet but will do in the next few days.

OP - I hope you left negative feedback.

There's a website about these fake blades where you can see how they differ from the real thing. All Gilette blades have a unique serial number.

Actually, forgot to mention that site: www.fakeblades.com.
Bizarrely, I got Fusion blades from Dunnes with no serial numbers on them - seem to be the real thing though!

    damn,
im very surprised to hear theres no serial number on blades purchased from
    dunnes.
That's all i had to go on after looking at the fake blades website.
Anyone else purchase blades from a retail store without serials?
ive contacted proctor and gamble uk so hopefully they will get back to me this time.

You can trust dealextreme, they wouldn't sell counterfeit things. I've had no problems buying from them in the past.

Just to clarify, this is where the serial number is

According to Gilette ALL blades without a serial number are counterfeit, even if they're bought in Dunnes !
