Wedding dinner -order of speches

    Best man at a wedding shortly and the groom does not want speches as its a very informal wedding but I think I should say a few words,anybody got any hints plus what is the running orders of speches,thanks

    I know its not really the right forum for this but this fourm has a lot of night owls and I need the advice quick. I really should have said the wedding is at one this afternoon! long story as to why I am leaving it till this late !

    Keep it short. Keep it light. Keep it relatively clean, unless they're an open-minded bunch. Don't get too pissed before it ... one or two may help, eight won't!
