N73 firmware update woes

I'm having a problem with a SIM free Nokia N73 Music Edition. I recently upgraded the firmware to the latest via NSU. On the up side this enabled A2DP which was wonderful but now it won't talk to my Macs. USB is fine but the Bluetooth just keeps failing to pair. I searched about and others are having similar problems. Nokia don't seem to be doing anything about the problem and I'm now stuck with a phone that won't play nice !

My question is does anyone know of a way to downgrade the firmware to the previous version ? Technically the phone is broken as the fault occurred after an update but I doubt if Nokia will see it that way somehow. I'll try to chase that up but meantime I need some help.

    Thanks

    ZEN

As I understand it you can't downgrade firmware via NSU anyway. A phone shop may be able to do it using Pheonix - maybe others here can recommend a reliable place.
