Since this happened just after it was transported my first thought would be that something was jarred loose. Remove and reseat the memory and expansion cards. Does it make any attempt to power up the disk drives, or make any beeps?

with my motherboard if anything comes loose in it like memory it wont boot at all some feature that helps make sure you dont damage an item maybe yours has it to by taking everything out and inserting again maybe will work. graphics card causes it also might be whats causing your problem

yea i checked all cables ,,memory ,hardrive ,graphics card all seem fine .

when i turn it on ,it sound like its booting ,,but never kickes in,monitor light orange if i press it it turns blue for a sec and says ,no signal.

even with the blank screen ,,if i type in my bios password ,,,nothing happnes ,,

the light dont flash for a sec when booting.

ps it makes no beeps for errors

some cable might of hopped out in transport ..

Remove BIOS battery - Start PC - Shutdown - Put battery back in.

    See if this helps.

    palmerstown d20.

well do u know what ,,it tried the battery thing,no go .

so i decided to take out the ram (corsair pc2-8500 cas5 xms2) and it turns out 1 of the sticks is not working (cos i tried it with 1 at a time ) got the pc booting.

Do u think i should go back up to pcworld and ask for my 60 euro back (they had it for 4-5 days and could not find a simple problem as that.

must check the warenty on the corsair dominator

I'd chance it, checking the RAM is a basic thing to do.

My brother had an issue with his memory before and Corsair were very quick to replace the faulty sticks. Things like this can happen, very poor of the PC world guys not to determine the fault but at least you got the money back.

Iv'e only every met one tech in a pcworld shop that knows his stuff tbh. And if they say they cant test your Graphics card... Well thats a load of crap tbh. They can do it, they just cant be bothered / Or they lack the ability.

I'd Go back in and demand your money back if i were you. Paying 60€ to be told your mobo might be fooked when its actually a ram issue just show's sloppy workmanship on their behalf.
