HTPC - eliminates need for DVD Player, right?

    I think I know the answer to this, but if I put together a HTPC I no longer require a standalone DVD Player, right ?

    The HTPC would have a pioneer bluray drive included.

    True - same as my setup but with a normal drive.
    But with obtained movies (copyright received) I rarely use it.
