Hornady 55 grain V-max Moly at the moment. Used to use Federal 50 grain hollow point, worked very well too.

    Marlin,

Did you try the 40gr V max in your t3. They're flat shootin.

lightest I,ve tried were 45g remington jhp, flat shooters but the groups opened up a lot compared to the 55g,also tried 75g hornaday match but again the groups were not as good as 55g.
a bit strange because the fast twist 1:8 should suit heavier bullets, so I,ve kind of settled on 55g now

    +1

I used to use 55gr Sako SP and they ran straight through the fox at 200yds. Downgraded for safety reasons.

I went from blessington to portarlington, finished up at 5.30am saturday morning. Man I was bushed. It was the first nite out with the T3 tac.

The first fella I got, was in allenwood in kildare. I went down acrosss a field with a mate on his quad, saw a fella come out of forestry about 160 yds away, stopped quad, T3 on bipod off quad seat, and gave him de sweets. I was absolutely delighted.

60 grain V-Max in a Savage 10FLP .223, Real pleased with the V-Max accuracy. My longest shot was a first shot kill at 275 yards with this bullet.

i use the 60 grainers for targets out to 500 yards but always went to lighter bullets at night for fox---you got me thinkin
