I'm having great fun with this bunch. They say on their website:

"Orders received before 3.00pm on a particular day will be despatched for next working day delivery".

So, I ordered three cables (for around E75) and three weeks later I was still waiting

Several less-than-friendly emails and phone calls later they finally agreed to cancel the order and refund my money, so I went out and bought the cables myself....and then they sent one of them.

A week later no sign of the refund, which they claimed to have put through. So I emailed them again. Long story short, I told them I didn't want the cable they sent, that I'd bought another one. They said once I sent it back I'd get my refund. So I told them I'd keep it, I couldn't be ar$ed prolonging the whole thing, but I wanted the rest of the money back and that if I didn't get it (this is a month later) I would speak to my credit card company or, if necessary, go to the Small Claims Court. Their reply?

    "Take a chill pill."

Honest, I'm not making it up! :)

    The website/company is www.phonedepot.ie.

In their emails they also list:

    http://www.formyphone.co.uk
    http://www.ipodissues.co.uk
    http://www.unlock-me.co.uk
    http://www.organiserrepairs.com
    http://www.mobile-fixer.com

Their phone number is in Cork but the cable that turned up was sent from England.

They're also on eBay and although their feedback is generally good there have been a fair few customers who've had the same experience as me - when they leave negatives phonedepot retaliate with a negative warning people off this "bad ebayer" - lovely.

Anyone else have any experience with them?
