    First time post, great to finally be onboard,:)
    Looking for a woodturning course in wicklow, would appreciate any info
    i can get,

    Most of the adult education colleges do them. In Bray, St. Kilian's and the Bray Institute of Further Education http://www.bife.ie/ do them. Now's not really the time for these courses to start though .. they usually start in autumn or the new year IIRC.

    Consider some dvd's on the subject as well: I find them good as you can look at them over and over till u get it right.

    there are loads around, as I have a multi region dvd player I find some of the stuff from here v good
