    Does anyone know if Gillett v Holt [2000] has been applied in the Irish Courts?

    On what aspect of equitable estoppel?...the notion of unconscionability...a wider and more principled view of the concept of detriment? There have been few cases on the issue of estoppel in the last decade, I think the most recent case was of C.F v J.D.F in which Gillet v Hold was considered in 2006 ...
