Have a trip planned to Italy for 1st week of May.....

We are bringing our 18month old on the 2.5hr flight to Naples...this will a first time flying for him and a first for us travelling with a toddler....

Like all toddlers he is a good kid , if a little exuberant at times

Flight is out of Dublin at 7:20am...

    Any pointers / tips appreciated.

soother for take off and landing- if he doesn't use the soother, give him a drink during those times to equalize the pressure in his ears. some toys- coloring books are usually the best to keep them entertained or a dvd player, and some snacks, we usually bring the water crackers as they have nothing bad for them, no salt or sugar, and that means we can give more than we normally would, as he can munch away without making him sick.

you'll be fine for 2 and a half hours. (we're taking a toddler and baby to argentina in a few weeks. 18 hour flight, i can tell you i'm not looking forward to it!!!:D)
