Boosh Live?

So has anyone seen them live? Are any of you going to be seeing them when they tour later in the year? Myself and the GF have tickets booked for December (a bit early to be booking, but it's pretty much the only show that's handy for us in terms of location so why not). I confess I have a strange urge to make a costume of some sort, like the guy who went dressed up as the Spirit of Jazz...

On another note, what did everyone make of the live DVD? I have it but haven't watched all of it, it's good but suffers a bit from having an audience of the devoted - I got the feeling that they'd have applauded and cheered for 2 hours even if it was just Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt giving them the finger the whole time...

Don't think we allowed to talk about the live shows in Ireland.

Haven't seen the DVD yet, keep forgetting to pick it up.

Argh, hadn't thought to check about whether They-Who-Cannot-Be-Discussed were hosting the Dublin leg of the tour. Curses!

OK, is anyone going to go to the UK leg of the Mighty Boosh 2008 tour? :D

LOL, no, but if I was I'd definitely be going in some sort of outrageous costume. I'd go down to the seaside and get loads of seaweed for hair and go as Old Gregg!! :D

they're touring for four months so there's plenty of time to catch them in the UK :)
Saw Noel perform at Live at the Chapel in London a few weeks ago, he was great but a bit hungover. I have loads of his stand up on mp3/video already and as usual his set was nearly all old stuff, but I expected that really. But it was great to see him in the flesh, just feet away!

Me & the GF saw them in Edinburgh two years ago. Laughed so much I was nearly sick. GF wasn't a big fan but was a convert after the show. Lot of people dressed as Ol' Gregg in the audience. Pretty interactive show and despite it being scripted you can identify the many ad-lib moments by Howard and Vince trying not to laugh. Very enjoyable night out and one if not the best live comedy shows I've ever been to.

Saw them in Manchester when they last toured. Great live - wasn't sure how it would transfer to stage but it's a brilliant night out.

Take a look at toutless.com, its a tout free site (Face value tickets only) run by Garthv & Toast from boards and a couple of other guys. I've already sold a couple of tickets for Boosh there so you might get lucky.
