Colour of clothes

I've been sorting through my wardrobe recently and I noticed something about the colour of my clothes.

In the past I had a lot of pinks. Now I tend to have mostly blue, green and a little yellow.

Maybe it's an age thing - I'm 27 now (I nearly said 28 - it's scary when you can't think of your age and need to go back to your date of birth to be sure!).

Do you notice any significant overall changes in the colours you buy? Is it possible that the colours in fashion/in the shops have changed from pinks to green/blues in the past few years? Is it down to what mood you're in when shopping?

*heads off to google colours and psychology stuff*

Hmm, that could be interesting...I must say I have an awful lot more black in my wardrobe than ever (I'm 25), and some red, which i grew up never ever wearing as I felt it didnt suit my complexion...maybe I'm living my rebellious teens now, with my emo black 'n' reds...........
