2nd hand pc password wiping?

    mother got a tower off adverts last week.
    rather than wipe it or have a new user .
    can she wipe all the saved passwords etc from the user . its admin as user . but theres some vodafone password user names and even a boards one saved. its not saved in mozilla just explorer.
    is there free ware to do this rather than me explain to a woman with no pc skills ..cheers guys

    In Explorer you should be able to clear a information from the privay settings.
    Also, I'm surprised ccleaner didn't work. did you try it?

    could you make a new admin user account in control panel, log into it and delete or disable the old user account...

    had to do that .......cheers . taught there would be some freeware program to wipe all windows saved passwords... not to worry
    if anyone knows of one let me know would be handy

    If it's IE7 just go TOOLS - Delete Browsing History - Delete Forms / Passwords or just Delete All - better off to get rid of everything
