Recommend anyone to go train with Pat. He's very friendly, and a real fluid technical roller to boot.

Maybe Mulingar Judo club would be an option.

Training at 7 to 9 on Mondays and Wednesdays and 10 on Saturday mornings in the Taekwondo building on Austin Friar street.

Theres at least one ex member of Mullingar Judo club there.

If Athlone wasn't too far for you you have a couple of BJJ clubs or Athlone Judo club which has training at 8-10 on Mondays and 6.30 -8 on Thursdays. They often practice no-gi Judo! and Sambo as well as Judo so if you've any prior experience of grappling you might enjoy that.

Thats in Blry Industrial Estate Athlone Co Westmeath.

You'd find contact details for both here:

Yeah I live outside Mullingar, I want to sign up for the MMA league but need a bit of experience, I'll check out the Judo, any idea what price?

€8 per class but I think you can work out a deal with Chris if your want to pay for month or something similar.
