Any hotel on Stephen's Green or in area would be fine.
don't know how good they are (and they vary in price) but basically:
    Fitzwilliam Hotel
    Browne's Brasserie
    Stephen's Green Hotel
Grafton Capital Hotel (heard terrible stories about here, it's over Bad Bobs)
    Mercer Hotel
    Radisson SAS Royal Hotel
    The Portobello
    Brooks Hotel
    the conrad
Harcourt Hotel (across the road, v basic)
Jackson Court (over coppers so it'll be loud)
    Hilton Hotel (Charlemont Place)
Russell Court hotel (stayed here once, crap beds and could hear Luas although they do provide ear plugs)

If your going to a gig you will nmost likely not be bothered about noise and won't necessarily want the Ritz.

    Jackson Court Hotel
    Harcourt Hotel
    Camden De Luxe
