    i'd say build up the set by experimenting with various songs. 80's pop, mid-90's dance, rnb etc. try and mix it up a BIT to gauge how the crowd react... if they love one thing over the other, then run with it. always be prepared...

    Hey im looking for a Dj for my 21st. Dunno if this is the right thread to post on but thought id give it a go anyways..... what do most Djs charge? Anyone free on the 22nd March?

    what sort of music do you want?We play Dance music (non commercial)

    If it's just normal music i know a prefessional DJ who can do it but he's very busy and will need advance notice.

    oh yeh it wouldnt really be dance, twud be the norm 21st type music, old classics and the latest hits! cud you pass on the details of the professional dj you know? cuz i am having trouble booking one with only 4weeks notice!

    4 weeks you'll be lucky mate, ill PM you the lads number anyway and you can ask him, he's an excellent party DJ though if you get him he really s good.

    If anyones looking for a Dj id like to recommend Sweetie on Boards!! Had a joint 21st with my friend last weekend and had an amazing night!!! The dance floor was never empty!!!
