There really isn't a whole lot to choose from but check out Metroid & Dementium (set in a mental asylum where the doctors have been experimenting on their patients).
These are the best i've come across anyway.

Dementium is absolute rubbish. Seems like it has promise when you first start, but it gets worse and worse as it goes on.

I've played them all (At least I think I have anyway) and Metroid is the only half decent one. But it still didn't really hold my attention for very long. The multiplayer is decent.

Definitely chose the wrong console if you like FPS!

I'm not a fan of Metroid hunters. The worst game ever in the franchise.

I haven't yet played them but I've heard that the DS versions of Call of Duty 4 and Brothers in Arms are surprisingly brilliant.
