    If you can't do it yourself, as far as I remember there was one on Tuckey Street, next to Tribes, across from the Quad/the Slate.. unless it's closed down since I left the country!
    if the phone is over a year old, you should be able to bring it to the shop and they should unblock it for you...

    AFAIK if the phone is your own and stuff, the network that it's locked to are obliged to give you the unlock code... I think... But ya, head over to the Mobiles & PDA thread, i got a code that worked grand there...
