I haven't been able to log on to either gaydar or worldfist for the last day or so as the pages just don't load.

This is seriously affecting my "social networking" anyone else got this problem ?

    *goes to check*

(hmm, worldfist, that's an interesting one...)

They seem okay to me. Where are you accessing them from? Perhaps you've been blocked.

Online with Smart and I don't reckon I've been blocked. Seems like there's something funny going on here,

I guess if the sites are up then I know where to start looking .

    Cheers for the info.

Is it just me, or does anyone else get annoyed by the use of "is" in the title of this thread instead of "are"?

    *weeps grammatical tears*

    Erm

I wept instead at the presumption that this little forum, which I considered a haven, was deemed the right place to ask about these two sites

I for one had to google both and then check them .......for academic purposes

If I XJR in person I hope he'll understand if we don't shake hands

One of them is a relatively reputable dating site, and theres far far worse around.

The other one I'd prefer not to know about going on the name...

Gaydar? Reputable? Pfft! Don't make me laugh!

Gaydar can be really sleazy but it's not the worst. A good proportion of the "reputable" posters here have accounts.

    Relatively. Compared to the competition...

Its also a relatively mainstream brand due to having its radio station on satellite/DAB in the UK.

Heh, I've long since given up on the idea of safe havens, I'll concentrate instead on such atrocities as we can still battle against!

Having said that, I originally couldn't make out from the title what the worlffist site was supposed to be. I don't think I want to look either.

It's a site for finding people who are into fisting :)

gee, well, yes, the correctly spelled site "worldfist" would perhaps suggest that. Worlffist is a little more cryptic, it could have been a fanclub for Michael Dorn.

Hey wait a minute, I haven't used Gaydar in close to 2 years now...

Gaydar's weird.....I know I've an account, but with very few people looking at my page, I find very little use for it.

    Also, I've a boyfriend so :P
