Will VRT Office except a cheque?

    I understand that the VRT office in Santry wont except cash anymore.
    Will they except a cheque or do you have to get some sort of bank draft?

    I think they only take personal cheques from registered traders. They do take Laser, though.

    they'll take one from anyone as long as they are the person registering the car and you put your pps no on the back

    Ya they will take cheque with pps. (Make sure taxes are in order first!) Ha Ha

    Thats great,thanks a lot for that.I was trying to find info on the office but couldn't find anything on the web only the online VRT calculator.Does anybody know the opening hours?

    Thanks for the info.I went yesterday morning at 09:30 and was out the door at 09:55.I paid the VRT on the car by cheque but I thought it was a bit strange that they never even looked at the car.
