    Hi

Would really appreciate some help please!

I work for a small firm. We've recently developmed a website and i'm just wondering how we can get our website to appear on search engine results, like Google.

Lets say our company is Franco Dog Grooming. If someone types in "dog grooming" into google, our website is no where to be found

    Thanks
    Alan

Looks like the interweb is here to stay

I did a little job for a company who do exactly this, I think they give a 30 day free trial. It's Voodoo.ie, their number is 01-4404001, ask for Paul and tell him Cormac from VanTasks recommended you ;)

If you PM me your site, I'll let me take a quick look and give you some advice.

Not pimping my services, btw, as I don't do SEO for existing sites, only new clients I'm designing for.

Companies I'd recommend to help you:

    www.2bscene.ie
    www.redflymarketing.com
    www.redcardinal.ie

    Rgds,

    Dave

set up a facebook (& add as many people as you can) ,twitter (same story),youtube(your premises, your staff, how often dogs should be groomed etc etc etc) & a blog (what your doing on a weekly basis) this will increase your name being bandied around on the internet & google will start to recognise it.

ps there is a term for this & i use it for work all the time but now i cannot remember what it is called-brain fail!
