22-02-2008 9:49am#1Ive been in the one job for 10 years since i left college, and was made redundant upon request, today is my last day..
I will walk out of here this evening like Brian Keenan walked out of the prison camp!
Happy does not quite cover how good it feels..
Do i have another job.. erm.. not quite, but i will be kept busy, im thinking about setting up my own business in renewable and sustainable energies.. but thats just one of my plans.. im just too caught up in the moment right now...

Yea, thanks guys. Ive been told today that a company that i had 2 interviews with (To sell Solar panels and geothermal pumps etc into trade stores and sites) have asked one of my managrs to fill out a refrence, which hes just done. Considering i was the only one interviewed for the job and they're now looking for a refrence its looking good.
I thought i was screwed when i had to fill out a medical declaration- and becaUse i have Manic Depression and take meds for it every day.. i thought that was going to be the endo of their interest. Apparently not. 0 -

Lol! I've always considered wanker the most useless insult in the English language! If someone calls me a wanker I have a tendency to say "Yeah? So?" real calmly to them.
