Just thought I would post this just in case anyone else has the problem. Last Sept I could not for the life of me get Party to work, it had been used on my laptop from last April, but for some reason the software wouldnt work. I tried uninstalling it a few times and even posted on here about it and no one could work out…

Just thought I would post this just in case anyone else has the problem.

Last Sept I could not for the life of me get Party to work, it had been used on my laptop from last April, but for some reason the software wouldnt work. I tried uninstalling it a few times and even posted on here about it and no one could work out the problem.

I am in the process of changing over to a new laptop, and was getting this one sorted for my kids. So had a good look at it.
I found that although I had went through the uninstall procedure, it was not properly removed from the system. I went in and manually removed the files that were sitting in a directory.

I then downloaded party again and it worked perfectly.
