I'm a witness to an assault and I'm just wondering am I allowed to read over the statement I gave to the gardai when the assault happened before the case goes to court? thanks

You are allowed to refresh your memory on the matter, but go to the garda station a few days before and ask to see the statements...i'm sure they will be accomodating if you explai the situation...
