what speaker u got hooked up to ps3 and pc monitors?

It seems to only take digital speakers system but im guessing mine is just analog so i need new speakers. any recommendations?

i already have the connection to hook up to my monitor. already have my xbox 360 hooked up to my 22in monitor and its class

another +1 for the logitech. supports digital optical and pc connections. The subwoofer is huuuge though. Only ever have it up to quarter volume no need to turn it up to 11

thx alot guys, im looking at the Z5500 and i just wanna make sure that..........all i have to do is simply plug in the digital input plug into the ps3 and im ready to go right????

Yeah, optical in and you're sorted. Id recommend getting a fairly long optical cable just to give yourself more scope for finding a place for the 5500's control unit.
1 metre or so, you need to get an optical cable seperate as It doesnt come with it. I dont think any system does

oh man seriously. hmm i have a logitech X 240 2.1 system already, is there a connection of optical input on the ps3 to my current system? i dont think there is.

ill buy the logitech Z5500 anyway.

btw Ive now got a problem, the ps3 is only working on my monitor and ive just tried to play it on my normal ****ty tv coz it has sound. anyone know how i can switch to back to playing on my old tv??

Press and hold the power button until it beeps twice. That then allows you to select the display settings. I presume the TV you now have it connected to is a standard definition television?
