Carlsberg advert

What is it that the lad in the Carlsberg advert is actually saying for his "poem"? It's clearly a load of rubbish but as my knowledge of the Irish language extends only as far as recognising "Sharon ni something" is someone from the telly I'm curious as to what he's actually waffling on about.
