Synopsis:
Howard is blackmailed by Bob Fossil, who forces him to participate in a boxing match with a kangaroo. Howard thinks that by winning the fight he will impress Mrs Gideon, Head of Reptiles, so Vince decides to help him by training him up.

I must admit, I'm not very fond of this episode. It just seems to be wacky for the sake of being wacky. Definately not a way I'd introduce someone to the Boosh anyway.

Tundra would have made a far better opening episode.

But you've got to love Captain Cabinets.

My first introduction to the Boosh and not a good one in my eyes. It has its good moments but overall I think it really tries too hard to make itself seem wacky (as someone else already pointed out). Again, not an episode that I would show someone new to the boosh to start with.

Probably give this one 2/5

it's nothing too amazing the first time, but as i watch it again and again, it definitely grows on me. i love teh psycho looking kangaroo, and the dream sequence is fantastic. i'd give it a 3/5.

One thing I do miss in Season 2 and 3 is the little introductions they used to do.

i can't remember where i heard this, but apparently it was cos it gave the impression that they were the only ones who wrote it. .. or something. haha, dancing dressed up as a hedgehog.

Yeah, they were great! I'd say this isn't one of my fave episodes. Probably a 3/5 for me.

the bit where they play the skippy video always cracks me up! This was the first ever boosh episode i saw and i love it!
