Problem with my 3 bill - is it even worth my while ringing them about it?

    I'm a 3 customer. Their customer service is awful.

    On this months bill they claim I downloaded the game "Megacity Empire New York" which is untrue.

    Is it even worth my while ringing them about this? I'm thinking they won't resolve the issue, or possibly even understand it.

    Has anyone had any success with 3 billing issues?

    Surprise, surprise I rang 3, they were very helpful and refunded the charge for the game.

    isn't it a terrible state of affairs when we consider it impressive when they do something as basic as that?

    To be fair to 3 customer service, they are good dealing with normal issues such as billing and the like. It's the 3G data stuff that is beyond their capabilities.
