VOdafone InTouch Service

    Just got a text from vodafone saying that the Vodafone InTouch Service will be activated tonight. Does anybody know what this is? More importantly will vodafone be charging for this?

    from a quick read of this page:
    http://www.vodafone.ie/offers/prepay/voicemail/

    it seems to be the same as meteor's call catcher. if you get a call when you're unreachable (phone off, out of coverage or on a call) and you have no voicemail set up they'll send you a text with the number of the person who tried to call you. i'd assume its free

    Just got a text now saying its pulled until further notice :(

    "The Vodafone InTouch voicemail service has been temporarily withdrawn until further notice due to essential maintenance. Apologies for the inconvenience"

    Yep got both texts.
    It was a bit hit and miss though
