'Air tight' small manhole and AJ covers.

As a precurser to covering in a side passage, client wants to tile the outside passage way which has a number of small AJ's and a small man-hole all of which are 40 + years old.

She has seen in a neighbours house galvo'd frames with the floor tiles inserted into them and she tells me they are 'air-tight'

I am going to redo the clay pipe work and replace the clay AJ's with wavin or similiar, bringing them up to FFL.

Any thoughts on where I might source the 'airtight' fittings and the galvo'd frames.
    Thanks.

Are you referring to "double seal" manhole covers?? These are readily available in most providers. Also, the recessed covers are available from a number of places.....see roadstones brochure:

    http://www.roadstone.ie/resources/pdfs/Consumer%20Brochure.pdf

Wavin may also do a basic double seal lid, but not sure!

    Hope this helps.
