24x500ml draught miller €24 in tesco till late march

24x500ml draught miller €24 in tesco till late march, think it was 23 or 25 march.

It was the golden draught stuff, not the cheapo version. I don't like either TBH but it is a good price.

Few other offers on too, nothing great but unusual offers, like tiger beer, think 15 bottles for 20, I think they were 500ml bottles too.

Yeah i got these yesterday and it's the end of april date wise for mine.....they also had 20 bud for 20 euro and 24 bud lite for 24 though these were the 330ml bottles

I spotted 24 bottles of draught Miller for €21.99 in Superquinn yesterday but I don't know if it was golden draught. I'll have a better look next time I'm in there

Thats a fair bit away. I was talking about the offer goes on until late march. Are you saying your offer goes on to april, or the BB date is april?

Seems like a long offer, or a unusually close BB, maybe that is why they are cheap though.

On nearly all tesco offers on the big yellow signs, if you look down the bottom at the fine print it can say when the offer ends. Useful for meat products in particular.

Reason its on offer so, thought it wont last long in most houses!

O'Briens are very open about their BB dates, they regularly have offers with big signs saying the BB date is close by. It is fairer since some might buy loads in.

Unfortunatley I bought some of the Miller ,,and it is an American beer just like the Americans themselves- absoloutley NO TASTE...I have never in all my years of drinking (and that is a long time) tasted as bad a beer as this....NOT A BARGAIN!!!!!!!

I did mention I don't like it. I thought most people would have tasted miller at some stage, its the same stuff as in the bottles. I hate bud too, but if it is cheap it is a bargain to those who like it.

Draught miller comes in a golden can. The same as what is in the bottles and on tap in pubs. Years ago they brought out "miller pilsner" here, it was the equivalent of miller lite in the US, I presume it was named pilsner here since many lads will not buy lite/diet products, just like all the "zero/max" diet drinks now. The weak miller was cheaper and is in a white/blue can. It has even less taste than the draught.

For some reason I thought this thread was for superquinn and as a result I went in there yesterday. Now obviously i didn't get Miller but I did get 24 bottles of quite nice warsteiner for €19.99. Not a bad deal

Quite nice! it is gorgeous, cheers for that, will have to go get some, usually it is €1 a bottle in O'Briens. lovely stuff.

Slightly off topic, do you know if you can buy "boxes" of corona, say 20 or 24? I don't particularly like it but a friend is having a Mexican party and i thought it might be better to turn up with that than hit the tequila at 6 o'clock in the evening :D:D

Most offies should have it, it is rarely on offer though. The only place that seems to do discounts on beers in crates if oddbins, but not much off. Just ask for a box, it doesnt sell a lot so might be shelved, but they should have a box in the back.
