Business VOIP recommendations - lots of outbound calls to Irish mob and landlines?

    I've searched through this board and can't seem to find this discussed anywhere, but basically I'd be looking for a VOIP provider for a business that makes a lot of outbound calls to Irish mobile and landlines, and occasionally UK landlines and mobiles.

    So far the best appears to be Blueface's business package, 360 per year for unlimited landlines (UK & Ireland), but the additional costs of 18c/min for mobiles could make our bills quite hefty.

    Does anyone know, or is there a thread where its discussed, a better option for mobile calls? Ideally a flat fee that would incorporate Irish landline and mobs.

    Or is the above the best deal going?

    My wife's business uses that Blueface plan.

    I looked around, but I couldn't see any better plans elsewhere, and I don't think that you will until the (UK & Irish) mobile networks lower their call-termination rates, which are around 15-17c at the moment.
