Has anyone compared and/or used both of them. Which is better? Is there a better .NET charting tool out there than both of these?

    Hi,
I have never used them but I have used the open source nplot:

    http://netcontrols.org/nplot/wiki/

Its free open source and easy to use ... and I was a student at the time so free is good :D

I have an example code of using it in c# if required.

    hope this helps
    Z

Thanks Zardette. The only problem with NPlot is that the system will be on a shared hosting server so there may be problems installing some of the NPlot dll's

Was going to use dotnetcharting before.
But they wanted to charge too much for a licence for an intranet.
It was easy enough to generate good-looking graphs though as far as I recall, when I was playing about with the evaluation version.
