Help With My Monitor Please?

    Hey..!
    I have a 17" Philips 170S LCD and it's been driving me mad for the last while.
    What happens is about every 5mins or so i get dialog warning box saying Attention, Waiting For Automatic Adjustment..? It's really, really annoying when watching a movie or playing a game as im left with a half blank screen and have to exit or minimize to correct.

    I've updated the drivers for both monitor and gfx but there not the problem as the same thing happens when attached to any of 3 other pcz. I have done more than one google on this but to no avail so any pointers would be great. Thanks.

    Try setting the computers resolution to its highest it will go (1024x768 most likely for a 17"), also try setting refresh rate to 60Hz, that could help it, monitors can do stuff like that if a display mode has changed...
