there is a shop in williams street between foxbow and wickham st that sells kind of gothic and other weird stuff. maybe they have it?

I reckon you're looking for a shemag, you can pick one up in an army surplus store no bother, try Radar Stores in Foxes bow or The Army surplus store down where the ESB used to be off Henry Street.
