    coloured slots are generally for graphics, if you're talking about a tv tuner, then they're generally PCI, not PCI express but it might be a start to specify the model and the interface i.e PCI or PCI-ex

    Should be no reason why it doesn't fit - it can only be pci-e 1x or PCI, both of which would be in any modern mobo.
