    Hello Folks,

Im a regular online player about to venture to a casino for my first time this friday, im not a big stakes player (play mostly .25/.50NL and badly for the last couple of months) so the €20 Satellite looks like a nice amount for my first time. Just curious if there are any side games on for a similar buy in (up to €50) or something like a 100NL cash game on for when i get knocked out early ?

If you've got any game at all you should get a place in the 20euro sat. The main game is deepstacked, so focus on that rather than worrying about cashgames if you're only starting to play live.

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much if you don't win a ticket in this sat, it's a 15min clock with a 2,000 starting stack and no 75/150 level, hardly a definitive test of poker skill. Run well and try play some pots in the first couple of levels before pushbot mode kicks in

Yeah, it's a bit of fun and a Godsend for those of us for whom it isn't worthwhile going home and coming back into town but don't want to hang round work or the pub until the main tournament starts, but given the structure it does almost inevitably come down to getting it in with some piece of crap you hope is slightly better than the piece of crap the guy who just called your allin is holding.

According to their website, on friday nights it's a €100 rebuy sat for the IO..
I'd imagine it's only temporary and the usual €50 freezeout will resume after the IO???
