Insulation query

    Hey all,
Just started our new build and would appreciate any comments/ advice on our choice of insulation.
House is two story 3100sq/ft concrete build with 110mm cavity.
We are thinking of pumping the cavity and installing 50mm insulated board (37mm + 13mm slab) on external walls.
Installing heat pump / ufh upstairs and downstairs.
100mm floor insulation downstairs and 30mm insulation upstairs (under heating)
Am I right in saying if we pump the cavity that we will resolve any issues of cold bridging around window openings.
Is installing a membrane inside insulated slab a good idea?

I understand that other methods of insulation may exist for example with larger cavity etc but builder has started on rising walls so im stuck with 110mm cavity.

    Appreciate any advice.
