We are agroup of event management students hosting a poker tournament with all proceeds going to charity.
It will take place on Friday 29th Feb in the Drogheda Poker Club, Bachelors Lane Drogheda. Registration begins at 7pm and the event will start at 7.45pm. There are 1000 early bird chips for registering before 7.15p.m.
Players can sign a form on the night for membership of the club.

Preferably tickets should be purchased in advance but if you let us know we can keep some at the door.
It's a texas hold'em freezout tournament, tickets are €30.
Registration is included in the ticket cost.
Prize fund is guaranteed €1000 but will surely be higher with cash being paid out to the final table of 9.
Starting Chips will be 5000 but early birds get 1000 extra.

Blind levels & Blind timeframes still has to be arranged but we are trying to keep the action flowing to keep the game to 5/6 hrs.

Prizes will also be sponsored by boylepoker for entry into their tournys.
Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill
Dealers for the night will be provided by the club and are professionally trained.

Again all proceeds will go to SOSAD ireland - A suicide awareness charity. Please give your support to this event.

Registration begins at 7pm and the poker begins at 7.45pm

The tournament will be a Texas Hold’em Freezout. Cost of entry is only €30, and there will be free vouchers for the club given out.


Regustration is included in the ticket price.

Prize fund is guaranteed to be at least €1000 but if we get the 90 people it will be greater.

There are no re-buys in this tournament

Blind levels start at 25/50 going up every 20 minutes

The top 9 places will be paid out. Novelty prizes are also being put up by Boylepoker.com.


Professionally trained dealers will be on the tables.


Normal Hold’em rules will apply. Tournament director will be club owner Joe.

Don’t forget the tourny is this friday night. Vouchers will be given out for entry into other events at the club as well as other spot prizes from boylepoker. Food is also being provided. Great value for money, it’s a €30 freezout with no reg fee!
