Laptop stolen with car. Claim contents/house ins.?

    The Garda told me I could claim for laptop thru' my house insurance?

    Is this true?

    Car was in garden.

    really think the only advice we can give you is to call your insurance company

    Guy from ins comp was in my house today, to fill out claim for stolen car(my baby).

    When I asked him about claiming for laptop he said he was not sure and would have to ask.

    I will ring anyway.
