Anyone used them?

I bought a few filters off them the week before last... got an email with this...

"Your package will be posted Thursday 7th February 2008."

Still no sign, so I emailed them earlier today asking for a tracking number and haven't had a reply off them yet, I'm starting to get a bit worried.

Anyone used them before, any feedback on them? Should I be worried or is this a normal delay?

I've used them on eBay without any problems but I know the last thread they where mentioned in, someone had a problem.

I'm guessing they haven't posted the package yet.

I have used them too for filters and some Eclipse fluid, haven't had a problem and would use them again. No harm sending off a quick email to them to check.

I ordered from them last Monday, got a mail on Monday afternoon to say it would be posted on Tuesday and it arrived last Friday. I can't fault them with my one and only purchase from them.

I got E2 fluid and pec pads off them and I just bought an IR filter... second time buying from them so I think they're fully above board.

*sigh* I would have to be the one to get stung.

I don't mind stuff being late, it's the fact that they haven't answered my email that bothers me.

I hope I don't have a thieving neighbour who has signed for it and robbed me!

I bought a Hoya filter from there ebay shop, a couple of weeks ago. I had no problems with them.

OK it looks like my local postie tried delivering last week but I didn't get the attempted delivery slip. So I'll be picking it up later.
