We are Thinking of reducing this to 2 days to allow all to be there for the Final table on the sat night. For this reason i will be reducing the time from an hour clock to 45 min clock . I dont think this will affect the game as much but will help me get the game done over 2 days and allow the winners to celebrate and play the side event on the sunday

Hope this aint a huge prob

good stuff neill - an hour clock is too long for the buy-in imo - 45 mins is perfect

15k and 45 mins is more than enough play

i think the hour clock was counterproductive, considering the nature on a team event, some teams were planning on sitting there not playing anything for hours, which is never a good thing, at least this will make them play a bit sooner

edit: i was actually thinking about not playing coz of the 3 days/1 hr clock - it's just too much time for 200 quid - anyways i'm looking forward too it now (i just need to sort out team problems - ie one's got self-esteem issues, one has turned into a bluffing manaic, and one is a bit sulky coz i felted him on the $$ table the other night with 72o...ah well)

nope. Turning up to play as an individual / to be tacked on to a random team doesn't make sense when the prizepool (correctly) is weighed heavily in favour of the team side of things.

It's only worthwile if you are part of a good squad of players.
