Subaru Legacy Chassis Engine/Frame code

I am looking at importing a 2001 or 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 RSK Turbo from Japan. The chassis number for this model is BE5. However, the auction sites that I am looking at have listings for GF-BE5 and also TA-BE5. These cars seem to have the same spec. I can't seem to find out easily what the difference between them is. Anyone out there who can enlighten me?

The GF-BE5 is the B4 RSK with 280bhp but the AT-BE5 is the RS with 155bhp

I was thinking something along the same lines but the auction site has both versions listed as turbos:-

Unless they are typos but I've seen this discrepancy on a number of listings.

strange, no difference in the price either and both look like B4's
